Yep, I'm on the same page here, we definitely need to be at Gasthof's by 9. But that gives us plenty of time to check out a couple bars after the Twins game, and get a bite to eat somewhere.

And me and my wife at a Gopher game. My wife feels the same - and now she gets to meet Scarlet, MNS, Brent and Handyman in one fell swoop. I may be denied internet access after this!

Believe it or not, I can act civilized and on occasion, even be polite!:eek:

And after checking out the website of Salut, I guess I wasn't that far off on how hoity-toity it is. :)

So I guess I should repost this over here. I did a beer run to wisconsin (also visiting my parents) and its finally over...I have driven 312 miles since the first beer in this run was purchased, 8 varieties, 10 liquors stores, 30 bottles, 70 cans, $129.96, 1216 ounces

FM and I aren't going to the Twins game or the subsequent bar crawl, so we can get to Gasthof's a bit early and secure a table. Biddco, would you and the other half want to come along?

Too bad you're not in drinking mode. I'd like to see how many boots you drink this time, knowing how the bar is. :D

Chorske's a great guy. Met him years ago at a sports card shop. Really easy-going.
