If anyone is looking for an amazing place to eat near the Xcel I highly recommend Shamrocks Grill and Pub. It's about 2.5 miles SW on West 7th ave. and they provide free transportation to and from the Xcel. They have the best burgers and fries I've ever tasted. Nothing on their menu is bad. It's been featured on the Food Network and Travel Channel. I highly, highly recommend it.

That is where we'll be before the games on Thursday and Saturday :D

I thought about it, but I'd feel really bad for leaving stuff the way we did tonight if I wasn't going to be there the next two days...

Plus, if I don't order supplies tomorrow it won't get done and we'll run out of stuff like bags, which are important in retail...:p

I could actually spare the vacation days without too much trouble, but wouldn't want to drop the cash for extra hotel nights, at which point if I'm getting there on Wednesday anyway...

Now, if it were the 2014 FF and I was planning to stay with a buddy in Philly, that would be a different story.

I'll probably take the whole week off next year, but I couldn't do it when the FF is in St. Paul. I'm going to be here, I may as well work and not waste vacation.

I'm off Thursday through Sunday. I was going to be in St. Paul regardless, but it sounds like con1977 and I are buying wolverineTrumpet's extra tickets. :)

I got that from him too. But I ignored it, because I knew it must be spam, because no one in their right mind would ever block me.
