Fitness (Diet/Exercise) 2018: One Step At A Time

I've put more effort into eating home cooking in addition to 4-5 days a week of lifting and mobility and stability training.

I'm starting to feel much more engaged with the world around me and like I am staying ahead of my mental health issues.

Does anyone know of a website where you could via say a survey plug in exercise goals and it would then spit back suggested workouts/exercises? I've dropped a few pounds recently (I'm still about 10-12 over my target, but I'd also like to tone up) after finally recovering from an accident that made one of my knees nearly useless for several months. For instance if I wanted to (some of the terminology is off but this is illustrative mostly):

-Strengthen my core
-Firm/tone arms, shoulders, abs, obliques
-Improve cardio
-Whatever

Answer a series of questions and voila > do this

I've been running and swimming and that helps, but I joined a local gym to really get into it. However I was not impressed with any of the workers and found them to be annoying af. So if I could find a routine on my own it would be great.

After committing to eating more often at home along with an effort to cut back caffeine (I cut my intake in half), I notice I have much more energy and am starting to sleep better.

Which is necessary, considering I'm floor staff for residential foster care and these adolescents keep me moving.

I googled low-fat valvoline and didn't find anything. Sorry I couldn't be of more help

Maybe Quaker State has some steel-cut offerings.

Surgery went well. While I'm not too concerned with overeating right now, I'm thinking lots of protein and more calcium will help expedite the healing process.

Thank you. There won't be a marathon or triathlon anytime soon, but walking without pain would be wonderful.

I haven't forgotten my promise to officiate your marriage someday. My only price for being in the Midwest is to remain just south of stewed for the duration. Think John Daly, or George from Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolfe?

You take the trouble to construct a civilization, to build a society based on the principles of... of principle. You make government and art and realize that they are, must be, both the same. You bring things to the saddest of all points, to the point where there is something to lose. Then, all at once, through all the music, through all the sensible sounds of men building, attempting, comes the Dies Irae. And what is it? What does the trumpet sound?

"Up yours."

The Hollywood Commandments: "Be on time, know your lines, and be reasonably sober."

There probably won't be alcohol at my wedding, but if you pre-game to "buzzed," I'll allow it.

Soccer tonight was abysmal. There was debate over whether we wanted to play or not. Fields were absolute trash. Worse than soldier field in December. We all agreed to take about 50% off and take it easy. Ref made some comment about liability, which was nonsense.

I managed to make some good saves but there was zero traction. Most of the attempts ended up with a face full of mud and a nearly pulled groin.

Anyways, we probably shouldn't have played. Next field over had a really bad injury. Ambulance and fire rescue team got called. Ambulance had to drive onto the field. They were lucky as fuck they didn't get stuck.

I sent an email to the league and the parks department last month telling them someone was going to get injured really bad on these fields. I think I said something like "I've played here for a decade and these fields are the most dangerous I've ever seen them." Kind of want to reach out to that other team and tell them if they sue they should probably look for league surveys from last month.
