Fitness (Diet/Exercise) 2018: One Step At A Time

If you have the room, a dumbbell set is probably best.
I don't have infinite room and didn't want to have to move around 2,000 lbs of weights to vacuum. I also liked the efficient of the adjustable. Which appealed to the engineer in me.

I was less fond of the sometimes awkward grip you have to have for some exercises. And you can't use them as push-up grips.

but it's nice being able to put them away in a closet.

Fuck it.

My current dumbbells were all purchased long before the adjustable options were a thing. At this point, it’d cost more to switch platforms.

I've become a huge fan of Blackberry Bubly.

I've really cut back on pop and since alcohol is out of the question, I turned to Bubly, Aha, or Liquid Death. LaCroix is basically "transported on a truck with lemons."

Have you tried Spindrift?

Going into the holidays, my goals are simple:

1. Limit liquid calories. Lots of water, black coffee, and maybe a protein drink here and there, but that's about it.

2. Cook more at home. 2-3 prepared meals will last me all week.

Are liquid calories soda, beer, and milk shakes or am I missing something?

If so, I am trying to do the same thing.

Figuring out how to stay active with an injured left hand (non-displaced fracture of the hamate bone) and an arthritic right foot is challenging, to say the least.

Getting older, and living so close to theme park food, I've made minor adjustments to my daily habits.

WAY less day-to-day sugar is the biggest one. Sugar free creamer for the coffee, and rice based chips for snacking. No cereal above 4g. So basically Kix.

Also, since I drink a fair amount of coffee, I added decaf Tea as an option to let me drink a hot drink without the headache later.

Sport has a really good effect on me as well as on my husband. Since he was recently diagnosed with ED, the doctor prescribed Generic Cialis for treatment and to start exercising to lose weight. Since I am a little overweight we do sports together. We also eat right and spend a lot of time actively
