Chicago Blackhawks and Redskins have similiar logos and they still exist, so why not Sioux?

Even so, that pesky scientific polling of Indians shows in overwhelming numbers they aren't offended by "Redskins," not that I'm conceding Indian attitudes should be determinative here, because I'm not. Our younger, non Sioux posters should recall UND used to use the Blackhawk insignia on their sweaters. They were racist, insensitive blackguards even then.
