Here's to hoping Gibbons slashes the BU bench, breaks a few bones, bruises some backs, gets zero penalty minutes and scores a hatty.
Then we'll have the crybaby fanboys to keep us entertained on Saturday.

Will definitely be interested in seeing how this weekend pans out. Thank god for CBS College Sports picking up both games, though - can watch them from my couch in NYC.
I've been ignoring BC this year, primarily because BU has been far more interesting to follow and for the first time in a while I'm not hinging the Terriers' success on BC's failures.
This weekend will be fun, but I'll be putting more stock in the January game (which I'll be attending for once!) and the eventual Beanpot final matchup.
BU's record - to me - reads a lot like a freshman-laden team surprising themselves. All those ties show they don't have the killer instinct to shut a game down, so hopefully this weekend (the freshies' first BC series as Terriers) will inject some serious inspiration in them and they can dominate.

BU effing sucks. It is so inferior academically and athletically it isn't even worth mentioning. It will be a pleasure watching all the BU students trudge out of Conte toward their armpit school after BC wipes the ****ing floor with them en route to a sweep that finally exposes BU's inflated record.

Thank you quiddlet for bringing that up. What are we up to, 29 Beanpots? Oh and let's not forget five national titles. Really, what does BC have to brag about? A relatively productive decade? I guess that's nice. Everyone has them. Everyone also has off years, off decades, but in BC's special case, off half centuries. It's ok. At least you have football right? They're doing good this year, yeah?

Gonna be tough to watch, but BC is in big trouble.
