Have fun with that! :D Shared a 15% with my local brewery today, a Vietnamese Porter from Perrin, called "No Rules." Yes, it has "The Dude" on the label from the Big Lebowski. It was a hit.

Had some scotch scmotch though last week so it not like he's desperate :p

That'd been good. Actually sold a bottle last night for double what I paid for it ($16/$32) via auction.

Hitting up a place today that is doing a Disgruntled (Perham, MN) tap takeover, which will include a beer called "Double Stuffed." It tastes like Oreos. It's awesome.

The Milwaukee location is really good, too. Were people playing the hammer game there?

Sam Smith Chocolate Stout -- delicious, reminds me of Youngs Double Chocolate Stout. It is very much a dessert beer though, especially if you don't favor sweeter beers.
Blue Moon Cappuccino Stout -- meh.
Firestone Walker Velvet Merlin -- stout also. Really complex flavor (had it with a giant Chipotle burrito). Enjoyed it immensely.

Williams Brewery from Scotland, their Midnight Sun Dark Porter. Interesting. Not overly heavy flavor, but finished very dry, like a wine. Enjoyable

I used to drink them with no salt back in college and for a few years after.

Somewhere along the line I started to appreciate the salt. I have margs semi-regularly around here.


Mmmmm... that would be good right now but spaghetti is for dinner and I also have to skate tonight.

I don't drink before skating. Sucks all the rage out of me.

And if I'm drinking with spag, it'll be a nice Cab.

Well, yeah. A cab would be perfect, but if I'm craving a margarita I'm going to be heading to the grocery store and getting some likes on the way home.
