Re: Elections 2012:What unites us is greater than what divides us

It's the "enough people" that gave us Obama and Dubya before him.

Republics and authoritarianism are not mutually exclusive, particularly when voters are worried, which is why leaders always try to keep voters worried.

FYP. The USA isn't a democracy (although California's state legislature is about the closest thing you'll get to it). This must be why they spent a generation creating a bunch of less-educated "sheep".

Re: Elections 2012:What unites us is greater than what divides us

Are you worried?

I am concerned that we, the people, have elected leaders that have grown the Federal government too large, tried, at the Federal level, to solve every problem there is, and seemed to tolerate lifetime representatives. Until there is a fundamental shift in the electorate, these problems will continue.

It isn't like we haven't had a large federal government (or at least ideas of it) in the past. I think the issue is that, perhaps the federal government isn't getting too large, but the country itself is too large and diverse to be contained by a federal government.

To be fair, the sheep have always been with us. Every generation since our republic's founding has been able to depend on the population getting ginned up with war fever for a few months whenever our leaders want it. When the coffins and cripples start coming back the enthusiasm cools, but by then it's too late and the profits are safe for another twenty years until the next generation of insecure boys are ready for their big adventure.

TV has made mass hypnotism a lot easier, though.

It would be so much easier if we could go back to white males who own land deciding everything.

DHS is not going to answer "many" calls from Arizona regarding immigration status. TF

Lots of sheep in the inner cities, too. Baaah.

This, of course, is the Oliver Stone analysis of history and is no less pathetic when someone else pukes it up.

"Just get me the election; I'll give you your d*mn war."*

"This was a coup d'etat, with Lyndon Johnson waiting in the wings."*

Was the diagnosis per the cause of exhaustion determined by a Faux News medical expert?

Troll away, libtard. The article was from the Chicago Tribune. But you didn't read it, did you? Just wanted another opportunity to show your a*s. I repeat my question: do you have anything to offer? Anything at all? Except of course libtard snarkery.

Wrong. I did read it. Missed the part about the cause...so I asked, conservatard.

Re: Elections 2012:What unites us is greater than what divides us

So the mention of "Faux" News was just another boring example of libtard "wit?" The question is more appropriately put to the flunkies who work in "Junior's" office, don't you think?
You posted the the cause of the exhaustion. So why not ask you?

Not only a libtard, evidently not a very smart one, either. If I posted the "cause" of the exhaustion, why ask a question the answer to which you already know? To impress us with your libtard "comprehension?"

Speaking of comprehension, the question was regarding the source of the diagnosis.

Earth to libtard, it's my opinion. Especially since his people offered no explanation for why an otherwise healthy, young congressman would be suffering from "exhaustion." But you knew that, didn't you? Just being a libtard jerk, as usual. Do you disagree with my "diagnosis?" If so, why not spit it out?

"Exhaustion," of course is a handy condition for folks who want to change the subject. Years ago, an LBJ aide named Walter Jenkins was caught giving blowies in the DC YMCA men's room. He subsequently suffered from "exhaustion" too.

Ah...so you pretty much just pulled that out your ***** then. You're big on demanding sources from others who don't share your conservatard point of view. Not so big on providing yours. I have no idea as to a cause for the exhaustion...and made no such claim or speculation. I admit I don't know.

Are you under the impression that libtard and jerk hurt my feelings?

Childish libtard b*ll sh*t. I should think the context of my post, even to you, would indicate I was suggesting a non medical reason for this sudden outbreak of "exhaustion." But when a libtard is in full snark mode, context and basic intelligence are irrelevant. Yes, moron, I demand sources when posters QUOTE from someone or something and fail to tell us where the quotes came from. I quoted nobody. This is a subtle distinction which, obviously you don't get, but many of our colleagues do.

I am under the impression that "libtard" and "jerk" accurately describe these two recent outbreaks of your "wit and wisdom." I would hope that you're not nearly so stupid in real life. Or that you're trolling to amuse yourself because of your barren sex life.
