Re: ECAC Pick The Standings 2010-11

It cracks me up that a 4-2-1 Clarkson team is still getting picked to finish last. I'm not saying it can't/won't happen, it just surprises me that the people who are taking the time to revise their picks are still picking Clarkson last, despite a winless SLU team.

CCT's only impressive win is against SCSU, who is showing serious signs of inconsistency (aka, not being the team everyone expected them to be). They also crapped the bed against BGSU, who is expected to be terrible in the CCHA, and haven't scored a PP goal yet.

It's a case of "Which team is going to show up?" If vicb let us wait until after the first weekend to pick, I'd give you a better answer.

And how many of those aren't RPI or SLU fans? ;)

NC play is much different from league play, especially in this league. That's the only reason I picked Cornell so high, even though RIT beat them. Granted I also picked Dartmouth first, but I'm not going to change my picks now, as my current choices will probably be just as good as what I change them to.
