He sure is, Couldn't believe it when Buccigross was sticking up for him earlier after the hillbilly got the 10 minute misconduct. Jones was running his mouth the whole time he was in the box, then yapped at the official on the way out and the ref is the bad guy?

Didn't come close to Joey Diamond's exit in last year's HE quarters at Lowell. Never saw anything like that meltdown, it was priceless and a fitting end to his college career.

Quinnipiac had a horrific game tonight, to be sure. But they're a lot better than what they showed tonight. A lot better.

Leaman is a very good coach, always well prepared. That's why Union is a good team now, they see that left over from Leaman. I'm torrn, I want the ECAC represented in the FF, but I don't want it to be U, My classmate Ben Barr is an Asst. with PC, so I want to see Benny do well. Hope he can stick it to Union one more time.

he is a very good coach but Unions success and this team is Bennettes. It is 100% his team. Should be a good game. Looks a lot like 1985 team again.

It's worth noting that these two (Pecknold and Leaman) really disliked each other, had words for each other numerous times in the post-game handshake line when Leaman was with Union. I'm sure that came into Leaman's thinking in that position.

But, there's absolutely nothing wrong with sending out the top PP unit in that spot. You don't want them to score? Stop the puck. This isn't peewee hockey, the defending team is perfectly capable.
