I was in a focus group for a news network when all this went down. The moderator proposed something like this but framed it as an Iranian win. They asked how we could cheer against America (great framing) and I remarked that on the contrary, he's already declared victory four, five, six times now, so just declare victory again and come home. He likes parades. We can have a big parade.

Yep, lots of generics now made there, including most of the generic Lipitor prescribed in this country. A medication often fully covered by insurance due to its prophylactic nature.

That's only a problem if you don't view poor people on medication as expendable. Those who can't afford the new prices can die. That's bipartisan, BTW. Universal health care would be too expensive.

The local truck stop here raised their gas from $3.55 to $3.69 overnight. All other stations looked to have stayed at $3.55 since the cease fire announcement. Diesel appears to be around $5.30.
Also, just saw a report the the American Government will start automatically registering male citizens between 18-26 for the draft in December (all males between 18-25 are already required to register). So, they can figure out who is eligible for the draft on their own, but can't figure out who can vote, so everyone has to prove they are eligible to vote.....
