Well we know that we won't get the truth till he's in a gold-plated box, so yea, it could be all three. And even then, I'm sure there isn't a solid succession plan in place, so the GOP will scramble at what to do when Dear Leader can no longer bully them around.
Whatever it is, I hope for both physical and mental suffering on Cheeto's part.
