The infuriating thing is 99% of the people who voted for him in 2024 will vote for him again in 2028 (if he is alive he is running and SCOTUS will let him) even though they are bearing the brunt of all of this. Those farmers that are all upset, the rural folks without insurance or hospitals, the people in the path of natural disasters who depend of FEMA and the poor people (especially Boomers) on Food Stamps/Medicaid/Social Security. Not one of them will choose to vote for the people promising to help.

The Parable of the Drowning Man seems apt here...

I cannot help thinking had we not been cursed with a glut of Death Cultists, we would have avoided about 87% of all domestic problems in US history. The Thumpers are dead weight. Deportations, yes. Deport them.

Context: This isn't just a (rather large) math error. A 2-1 majority opinion cited the bogus stat of the FPS deployment (in June) to justify Trump's troop activation in late September. Turns out, even Trump's DOJ now admits the stat doesn't wash.

I hate to say it, but Hurricane Melissa needs to make a hard left turn off her projected path..... MAGAts cut FEMA funding and have been lucking out so far this hurricane season.
