I was just reading a facebook comment section. (why do I bother)

People really do not understand the 1st Amendment and how it works. Again, we all accepted Stephen Colbert being cancelled. It sucked, we talked about it and moved on. The Kimmel situation is different because the FCC is involved. Trump literally stated a while ago Jimmy was next.

People are literally comparing it to Trump getting kicked off twitter, or what happened to Roseanne, etc. Apples and Oranges. Obama and Biden and any other Democratic Lawmaker had nothing to do with any of that.

Bill Maher is on tonight. Curious to see what does.

Me. I love expertise. I love smart people. I love talking to smart people. I don't feel inferior just because someone else is smarter or more articulate than I am.

Because they believe this is a revenge tour, and no one should be allowed to insult their man-baby this time. In their pea-brains, all these triggered, emotional conservatives have cooked up this idea that Obama was directly responsible for canceling a handful of people who simply outed themselves as racist twats.
 
I haven’t gone to any of mine because I had very few friends in my own grade, and we’re still in touch. Most of my friends in high school were either two years older or two years younger than I.
 
I kept in touch with the handful of people from my HS I could stand. Last I heard they had to cancel the last reunion because people refused to mask up. Right at the height of COVID.

I find myself wondering when they’ll realize that the people that talked down to them were right. The evidence is everywhere. Everything is worse unless you’re a billionaire.

Probably never, but cripes almighty.

And they were never talked down to. Democrats tried to address them as if they were adults interested in understanding policy, and what it could do for these people, and all they were interested in was how their life sucked, and how was the Democrat going to instantly fix that?

The Democrats didn't have an answer for that, cause it's complicated, and making their lives better would take time, and a lot of legislation. Donnie did have an answer, deport the funny talking brown people who stole their jobs and ate their pets, and bring prices down day one. "Yay, see how easy it is?"

Also, saw something today about the farmers and their facing destruction. But it's not due to Donnie's tariffs, it's woke and climate change people that are responsible.

There's nothing Democrats can do that will ever penetrate that willful ignorance. They will never stop voting against their self-interest.
