OPM is supposedly looking to cut workers at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, one of four public shipyards owned and operated by the US Navy. Portsmouth does maintenance on the Navy's growing nuclear attack submarine fleet and is currently being expanded to handle more and newer submarines.

Local construction company(Cianbro) is in the process of building a huge new dry dock facility in Brewer, they ship it in pieces to Portsmouth. Its a massive undertaking. I wonder if it will be stopped
