DU @ UAA - Friday 11/6/09

Re: DU @ UAA - Friday 11/6/09

DU isn't shooting like they did last weekend. Reverting to playing along the perimeter. Terrible approach to offense, especially on big ice.

Decent video feed of the game. As for the crowd, there are even fewer people in the stands than there are at a game in Magness Arena. I guess all five UAA season ticket holders are out of town tonight.

Nice bid by Donovan late in the period.

Colborne is the only DU forward with a shot on goal with 2. The other 5 shots were by d-men; Donovan (2), Lee (1), Phillps (1), Wrenn (1). Murray has looked good so far.

Maybe there's an elk skinning festival nearby.

Old Pio, haven't seen the "Got Balls" commercial yet.

No. On the other hand, that Alaska Construction Academies spot got me to thinking it's not too late to start a second career. Probably a lot of prospective "students" watch UAA hockey broadcasts, don't you think?
