Kangas was turned sideways by the hit. He was practically facing the halfwall when the puck was dislodged and ended up in the net.

It was the right call.

Hoeffel is protecting the puck really well.
If he plays like that all season, he could be a force.

Wooger just had all the facts about Colborne wrong. He said he was 6'3" 6'4" and was told by Ottawa to stay in school. He is 6"6" and Boston owns his rights :D Gotta love Wooger

Maybe Ottawa did tell him to stay in school because they didn't want to play against him? ;)

Salazar rips one at the end of the period which just got tipped wide. MN had a flurry in the DU end just prior to that.

1 year and done for most of the good players that Minnesota gets. They get great players but cant build a great team anymore for the simple reason that no one stays long enough it seems.
