I think that would be more apt to be the case if Ricky and Sara weren't the coaches who mainly recruited all three to skate for the Black Bears. While of course anything can happen I think they are pretty safe for now. Now if Ricky and Sara weren't kept at the end of the season it might be a different story.

Good point. I would doubt that there would be many options after the season ends for next Fall, especially anything that includes a scholarship of some sort. Given their budget, you can be pretty sure that Maine won't be hiring a marquee coach so it's likely to be an unproven assistant and very possible that one of the Asst's moves up (if they are interested).

Wisconsin announces a signing class of TT Cianfarano, Emily Clark, Maddie Rolfes, Baylee Wellhausen and Lauren Williams. The only surprise I think is Emily Clark. I'm far from a women's hockey expert, but I think landing a former Team Canada U18 captain is a big coup, right? Obviously Annie Pankowski will be a freshman next fall as well.

Emily Clark is one of the best players coming out of Canada this year. This is a huge signing for Wisconsin. Very mature young lady. Comes from a very good family. Been a leader on every team she has played on. She skates extremely well, fast and smooth. Has a excellent shot. Her vision on the ice is second to none. She can play in both ends of the rink and play in all situations. She will be a leader for Wisconsin in the years to come.
