Betemit nearly wrecks himself at home plate, now Inge nearly busts his face in the camera well. At this rate we're going to be out of 3rd basemen by the 9th inning.

This Belle Tire commercial is worse than the Call Sam commercials.

The Phillies were the first team to clinch a playoff spot, but the Tigers are the first to clinch a division this season.

Tigers fans want to thank the Minnesota Twins (Young), The Seattle Mariners (Fister), The Cleveland Indians (Peralta), and the KC Royals (Betemit) for their contributions to the 2011 Central Division winning Tigers.

Hard to pick a regular season MVP, too- Avila, Martinez, Peralta and Cabrera are all batting over .300. Verlander has had a Cy Young season. Valverde is perfect in 45 save attempts.

Now they play for playoff positioning. Look for less than stellar lineups the rest of the way, though.
