Okay, that's just rude. Howe gets an assist on the 7th CC goal.
If DU wants to "make a statement" maybe they could think about denting the back of the CC net. Getting chippy when it's 7-1 is bush. Take your medicine.

DU will be .500 after the first 10 games, something we all said we would be happy with. With all the injuries there was a fairly good chance we could have been below .500. With Minnesota State coming in next weekend, DU will have survived the grueling first 10 games. Now the focus will be on the next 10 games which should be easier than the first 10. The growth of the team is evident since the beginning of the season and DU has found out that they have one very good goalie and some freshman that are very talented. I am chalking this game up to a bad performance with a big emotional let down after last night.
CC now has a 7-1 lead and emotions are running high on the ice with boys getting chippy.

Yeah, and I think I would have enjoyed it better if I'd started out with a large tumbler of Crown. A very large tumbler.
Maybe we would have been better off if the audiocast hadn't started working
