And don’t forget that we’re going to tax dividends and capital gains as regular income and raise the top marginal rate to 50%. So even if the company “keeps” that $20k, $10k will still go to the government so they can , you know, provide health care for everyone while keeping tax rates on the lower brackets fair and reasonable.

Use the tax dollars collected by the government for things that will actually help average people. Not just big corporations and rich people.

That's not true. According to Bernie himself I'm going to pay more in taxes (and it looks like more than I currently pay for healthcare).

I don't mind paying more taxes, but don't bull**** me.

Bernie needs flavor on the ticket not someone that makes Wonder Bread look exciting. (and I like Pete) I am not saying they have to be a minority (but they surely will be) but they definitely need to be someone that doesnt just look like a before and after picture next to all the rest of the candidates ;)

That's why he's going to go with Abrams. In addition to being black, female, and under 50 (Bernie absolutely must check two of those three boxes, whoever he picks), she shares his progressive worldview.

“ BREAKING: A Republican super PAC is refusing the demand from former President Obama's attorneys to take down an ad featuring his image and excerpts from his memoir that were taken out of context to make it appear that he's criticizing former Vice President Joe Biden.

The group said it "will not only refuse to" take down the ad, but "will distribute this advertisement to an additional 50,000 South Carolina Democratic primary voters."

And if I'm a black voter, or a woman, who cares about identity, I look at Bernie's bad heart and think, "I am getting to the polls."

Abrams is great. If we have to sneak her past the Racist Sexist Moron Class with an old white beard, so be it. Her politics is impeccable and she's smarter than the entire Republican congressional caucus (I know, low bar).

And good luck attacking her. That woman has "bless your heart" down like any Atlanta debutante.

Plus my god the debate with Pence.

Unless you live in SC or Texas (and a dozen others as week) where the republicans are swiftly closing poll stations, of course. Then hopefully you have an alternative method of voting

Obviously the last refuge of the GOP is to just steal it. Either with voter suppression or Russian interference or just good ol' plain violence.

I said we were going to beat these guys. I didn't say it wouldn't be like animal control picking up a rabid animal.

Oh, the irony.
I have a friend that has been rage posting about mayo Pete for weeks. He’s a Warren supporter but spends a lot of time expressing anger about Pete. When Pete dropped yesterday, he began hate posting about Amy.
Today? He posts that Bernie bros turn him off.

I just can’t.
