The man who shot former NFL player Joe McKnight to death in an “apparent road rage” incident in Louisiana has been released from custody with no charges filed. Jefferson Parish Sheriff Newell Normand confirmed today to reporters that deputies let 54-year-old Ronald Gasser go last night after taking a statement from him; he added that the investigation is ongoing.

I am completely shocked that she was only 67. To this day, she looked older than her late 30s in Major League. That movie was released in 89, so filmed in 88, which would have made her 38 or 39 when filming. She looked older.

She did. She was one of the original "cougars" in the movies of my generation, IMO.

While she was pigeonholed in the movies I saw her in (cold hearted beech), she played the role well.
