Amherst 2 Norwich 1 after 1st period

Norwich outshooting 10-6 or so --- Amherst goals on a wrap around by Hanlon, and a Vitale centering pass from corner gets skidded in by defender's skate with 12seconds left in period (ouch). Norwich goal by Lortie (#27) within the first 2 minutes of play. good hockey -- great webcast on the Norwich site.

End 1 of at Stafford. No score. Shots after 1 - Plattsburgh 14, Elmira 1. Possession time is somewhere in the range of 90-10, if I had to put a number on it.

Goal was by #27 Lortie.

still 2-1 here at Kreitzberg.

Norwich once again dominates the second period but to no avail on the scoreboard.

Shots are 24-14 Norwich after two.

End of 2 and its 2-0 Plattsburgh. Shots 28-6 for the game, 15-5 in the second period. Gove (PP) and Klassen with the goals.

Looks like Eau Claire 2 Superior 1 in the third.

Superior outshooting 20-12. Only 2 penalties in this one

all over at stafford. 2-1 Plattsburgh. Lamoureux with an extra attacker goal late in the third. Three stars: Dijulio, Klassen, Sully.

UWS/Eau Claire going to OT again today. UWS with a slashing penalty with 1 second left in regulation, so Eau Claire with have a PP for the first 2 minutes

Superior wins 3-2 in OT on an unassisted goal by Ashlee Olson...2:06 into the OT. Would probably guess a steal and a pass out...as the penalty expired??

They might have to re-hinge both dressing room doors at Stafford tonight..:rolleyes:
