Trinity 3-0
GAC 6-0
UWRF 6-0
UWSP 6-0

It's interesting to note that the 5-1 loss to RIT marks the first game since December 8, 2006 (againt #1 ranked Plattsburgh) that Amherst has allowed more than 4 goals in a game.

RIT defeated Amherst again today 5 - 1.

SOG were Amherst 29, RIT 23. Amherst went 1 for 7 on the PP while RIT went 1 for 4.

Impressive.

Did they pull the starting goalie in the 06 game?

Re: D3 Scores and Highlights - 2010/11

Huge statement weekend for RIT.....!

I'd say that is almost an understatement. The D3 talk reached various rinks this weekend, notably the Norwich - Platty contest coming up.

Re: D3 Scores and Highlights - 2010/11

Tough loss for the Pointers. out shot 26-13 for the game (7-3-3) Still only lost by one. LF was the faster better passing team.

Well, we can get rid of UWSP after tonight! The ranks of the unbeaten are slimming!

The box score has senior goaltender Lindsay Grabowski finishing out the entire game. I'm sure Plumer was far from inspired by the 3 goals on 9 shots that came this weekend when Murphy was pulled, though.

Impressive.

Did they pull the starting goalie in the 06 game?

Re: D3 Scores and Highlights - 2010/11

Drop the puck turtlehead!!!

We're live in Northfield for a top 5 showdown between the Cards and Cadets.

Fortin in net for Norwich and Mackrell in for Plattsburgh.

Re: D3 Scores and Highlights - 2010/11

End of 1 in Northfield.

Plattsburgh:2
Norwich:0

Shots are 11-3 Norwich.

Norwich looks like a team that's played lower level competition over their last six games....

Any chance they could replay the second Cardinal goal? They were replaying the first goal when the Card's scored # 2...nobody watching saw it. just sayin.

Good broadcast however...

Re: D3 Scores and Highlights - 2010/11

End of 2 at Kreitzberg

Plattsburgh:3
Norwich:0

Shots are now 32-9 Wick.

Norwich completely dominated the period but could not solve Mackrell. Mackrell is putting on a show right now. Seeing everything cleanly and making some incredible saves.

Platty scores its lone goal shorthanded on a pseudo-breakaway by Moon with Sarianne Lynn draped all over her back.

Platty goal scorers are Klassen, Korzon, and Moon.

Bolding pulled Fortin at the start of the 2nd period for Fisk.

Re: D3 Scores and Highlights - 2010/11

Watching excellent WTOP coverage of a great game between the Oswego and Potsdam...Lakers lead 2-1 with a minute left in the game.

2-1 FINAL
