English Premier League will have an emergency meeting tomorrow to discuss postponing games from this weekend, one hour after announcing that all games this weekend were going to go ahead
Meanwhile, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has tested positive for Coronavirus and several players from Arsenal, Leicester City, and Manchester City are self-isolating after being exposed.

Disney closing both US parks.
The guy who tested positive on the Jazz went to a casino while contagious. If this weren't so real it would be the coolest who done it. This is a perfect case study for how stuff spreads.
Heartbreaking. I have been taking pics of the Track and XC team at the university for the last 6 yrs and at the HS for 9yrs. The kids are reposting pics I took with posts mourning the loss of their Sr season. Some of them were hurt and this was to be their last hurrah, others had red-shirted and now won't get the last season. A few kids I know (not on our team) were already out in NM for the Championship when they pulled the plug. Almost to a person they are supportive of the decision but it is killer to realize all the work, sacrifice, sometimes pain, delaying or missing things so they could compete all lost with no way to get it back. My heart is breaking.

That and mask production was brought up in a virtual town hall with our Representative. She mentioned that they are really trying to ramp up the production, but WRT masks, there some issues with liability and faster production. I'm still wondering how much of the problem are Amazon and ebay sellers who banked on the massive increase of demand, and want to make a quick buck. Or a lot of stores selling them on amazon these days. Lots of shipping gouging going on- selling the item for 0.01 with $5 in shipping for a travel size bottle. The size you get for FREE at company health fairs.

Meanwhile, in Calgary the 1200 part-time workers are being laid off and will not get paid. The owner is the richest man in Canada, worth about $37.8 billion. He could give each worker $50,000 and still be worth $37.8 billion. He told them all to go collect unemployment instead.
