Re: Covfefe-19 2020 part the second: Wash Your Hands
My work is crazy busy. My job is rated 12 man-hours (at most) normally. That means I work 8 hours, and my co-worker (who has other responsibilities) helps out for about half his shift.
This week, along with some help from the main building, the job has been 20-24 man-hours.
Over the last 3 days, we've shipped over 2000 cases of TP and paper towels. Our supplies, depending on the exact item, are either low, or completely out. Our biggest seller, of which we usually have 450 cases for regular stock, and another 450 cases in "reserve," is down to about a 50 case supply.
We're scrambling to get extra trucks to load, because all our trucks are packed to the gills. There are some points, we just wait for enough orders to build up, so we can take the whole pallet off the shelf, instead of hand-loading the cases throughout the day. We don't have to wait long.
