Cops: No Snarky Nor Positive Title

The call is coming from inside the house.

If our LEO is riddled with Nazis, perhaps we should rethink arming them with Fallujah-level military hardware.

I'm sure ISIS infiltrated the police and military, too. Racist and terrorist cops working with terrorists.

Still- weren't we supposed to understand that most cops were good?? So much for that.

Sort of an interesting story out of the Twin Cities yesterday pertaining to Derek Chauvin, the cop who kneeled on George Floyd's neck.

Apparently in the days following the incident, Chauvin and the prosecutors agreed to a plea deal (3rd degree, I believe) but it was conditioned on the Feds agreeing they wouldn't come after him on civil rights charges. William Barr nixed the deal because he felt it was too lenient, and too soon.

I don't say this often but Barr was right. The sentence was only like 10 years. That would have done nothing to help the situation.

Now...that isn't the worst idea because he is going to be nailed for the fraud stuff too most likely. Also it needs to be backed up by pleas from all the rest as well.

Not on the record? Union worried about its rice bowl?

Well who would want to admit they aren't qualified and risk their big budgets? It is like "term limits" or stopping raises for politicians. Sure retired pols and people outside of politics love them...but no one is going to vote themselves out of job or less pay.

C'mon, you know all those people could be making far more in the private sector.

At least that's what they tell me. Makes you wonder why they fight so hard to hold on to the job they have.

I can't believe anybody wants Exjock McDerp in a situation requiring mental health expertise or indeed anything more nuanced than swinging a blackjack.

We really have to detach these parasites from public funding, both police and military. Welfare for dopes is all well and good, but don't give the dopes weapons.
