Are you saying that what I wrote is less likely than a group of teenage kids working at a burger joint trying to be principled? I used to be a teenager; I've not forgotten my past and the things said between friends.

Now...for the record if the driver had expired tabs he is not being unlawfully detained (though he did not need to get out of the car...I have never had to get ouf of the car for anything short of a drunk test) and he is doing nothing but antagonizing the officers who then are escalating it way the hell worse. That is friggin stupid. That said that cop is obviously not fit to hold his job if, while acknowledging he is on video, puts the dude in a modified sleeper hold. He even says he is going to do it to the camera. There are other cops watching saying nothing. This is stupid beyond belief.
