Commitment List 2013

Re: Commitment List 2013

will NOT be happening at Norwich thats for sure

The one person I miss watching is Norwich #3 Brian Mullally (2001-02 to 2005-06) patrolling the blue line. I still remember him going nuts and pinning a Middlebury player to the ice with a cross check. Needless to say Brian missed a game or two because of antics. We could have used Brian this year for the first period of the Trois – Rivierers game:D

1 for Oswego...CCHL.. Ottawa Sens... Eric Witzel 5 9" 181 32gp 11g 16a 26 pim 5th on team in scoring...all just tentative of course:eek:

Re: Commitment List 2013

That makes 6 for the lakers now?
5 or 6 just about?? looks likes we need at least another 10 or so, as we only have 24 on the roster this yr,unless we get the odd transfer mid season?? I think we will have 14-16 new faces next yr:eek:...after checking most SUNYAC teams have about 27ish on the roster, oz has 24 and will lose 14 I belivbe so that leaves 10,so lets say we need 17ish new faces another  and thats thinking that everyone from this yrs team will come back

On paper that's a heck of a pickup for Oswego. Remember that name. Although dont forget Elmira got a 60 point kid from the BCHL this year tht hasn't done anything eye-popping yet.

Also, neat to the name Spiros Anastas again. If memory serves me right he was on Lebanon Valley when they cut the program a few years back. Nice to see he's still involved in hockey as a GM.

lakers got RJay Berra from that league as well I beleive, he hasn't done to much, but dont think he has had to much chances, and believe he can put up some pts next yr for sure when he gets the ice time, it looks like he has a great shot...good to see Ed bringing in guys from different places as well,as he will need to fill around 17 spots:eek:

There are a lot of Div I kids coming out of that league, according to their website. This does look like a great pick up! Of those 17, Ed still needs to find two good goalies to commit.

Here's a better statistical picture of OSU's BCHL recruit: http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php?pid=121441

He's essenetially an onatario kid, whom the lakers were probably tracking before he headed out west. His numbers from the OPJHL aren't great, but he certainly seems to be having a great in a better league this year. It will be interesting to see which are better reflection of his contribution at Oswego.
