That offsides call on the onside kick was iffy.
Gotta bail Michigan out so The Game can get ratings.

Pereira doesn’t seem to think it should have been called
can’t have Michigan losing to the loser gophers!
Embarrassing performance for Michigan lmao
Given the blatant hands to the face that was missed on Minnesota, we can call it even. The guy ripped off the helmet of the guy who sacked the QB.
Kentucky 20, Fightin' Lane Kiffins 17
Yeah I knew you wouldn’t admit to having help lmao. You’re the defending champs at home and you got your *** bailed out by refs
I would be very worried for the MAC if Toledo leaves. Northern Illinois can leave the MAC again. I don't think it is a given that the Horizon/MVC/OVC will take them. The MVC likely won't because their basketball is atrocious, and the OVC and Horizon might not since they are one bid leagues, so why allow another bottom feeder into your league to tank your Pairw....NET.
And you didn't? The holds that were ignored on your TD? The 15 yard penalty that should have been called on that hands to the face/facemask that your linemen did? Lets be a little serious here.
Watch the game again, and you will see the calls were very missed in the gopher direction in the second half. Michigan played bad, but that was hardly homer calling going on.
BTW, the ref was standing right on the line for that call, the video we saw was aliased to make it look even.
Toledo leaving would hurt since it means even the core of the league isn't stable, but really, where would the other schools have to go to? Football aside, UMass and Buffalo could find homes in other conferences for their other sports, but where are the other Ohio and Michigan (plus Ball St) schools going to go? Their alternatives are all the same, so they might as well stick together.
I watched the game with 3 Michigan fans who aren’t whining nearly as much as you. “But but they missed a holding call in the secimd half”there were missed calls the other way too lmao.
your team should have curb stomped the gophers no matter what, sorry you could not
things must be tough when it gets harder to spy!

Sorry you lost, then. I'm just coming back to your whining, if you haven't noticed. You first whined about the kick call, which wasn't that clear anyway. So what goes around comes around.
I think it would simply hasten the fall down a division. It feels like everyone that isn't in the B10/SEC are heading down eventually. The ACC and B12 will likely serve the role that the MAC/Sunbelt etc currently serve. And then the MAC/MWC/Pac12/CUSA/Sunbelt can all be their own division of FCS+.
I can agree with that, especially with the talk about splitting D1 into 3 football subdivisions. A few of the schools in the MAC should probably be FCS currently. If that happens I could see Grand Valley finally make the jump to D1.
I will defend Akron and Kent State in that they put their effort into basketball, or in Akron's case basketball and soccer. Their athletic department isn't devoid of decent/good teams, they're just bad at the only money making sport. So I don't think that is a reason to boot them since they do bring value in other sports.
The Toledo blade had an article asking questions to the MAC ADs about where they see things in the future and some of them had some interesting answers. https://www.toledoblade.com/sports/...ball-jobs-weeknight-games/stories/20240802130
Watching UCF and Colorado , how is it if D leads with helmet to helmet its targeting but if the UCF QB clearing leads with his helmet he gets a high 5 ?
