OSU will not have much trouble with UMi but I'm not predicting a curb stomping. No I am not basing that on one weekend, although I think in this case there is enough to point in that direction.

A sad and tragic day for Hawkeye Nation. This one really stinks. Sash was a heck of a community guy and was a great representative of the state of Iowa, a great Iowan.

This is just crazy to me. He was one of my favorite players in the late 00's and he brought as much passion and energy to the field as I've seen of any Hawkeyes in my lifetime. He loved being a Hawkeye, and he loved playing the game. You could just see it.

I still remember a few of his HUGE interceptions in his career like they happened yesterday; he had a knack for making huge plays when they were needed most.

These two are tied for my favorite ones:

'09 Indiana - Pinball INT hits off 5 different players before an 86 yard pick six - Trick or Treat, Iowa City!: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qOYWmlYm5Xw

'10 Michigan State - Sash INT and lateral to Micah Hyde for a combined pick six: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z1c38qRcg1U

So... this week will be a bye week for pick 'em then? I didn't even remember until now and looks like no one else did, either.

Hrm... Sparty hasn't B1Ged yet... Even had a nice answer to Oregon's score on their 1st drive of the night...

Sparty STILL hasn't B1Ged, but Oregon is on their heels with 3:25 to play. 31-28 Sparty right now.
