Charlie lives another week.

Must have been a Tebow imposter in there, no way that happens to the real Tebow.

Can PSU drop out of the Big 11?

This Houston - Texas Tech game is pretty entertaining. I am watching this live, right?

I understand that USC might lose to inferior teams but could they not suck for just one **** week.

That's the thing about Trojans, they're effective 99% of the time but that one time they break will cost you for the rest of the year.

And Stanford's Toby Gerheart just got a helmet sticker on ESPN for his 200 yards rushing today!

I just found out about the Tebow injury on Sportscenter and was going to come here and make a joke about ESPN camping out outside the hospital, but then I saw the footage of him in the ambulance as they took him away, so they made the joke for me.

Hell, they're probably putting the finishing touches on a big card for everybody in Bristol to sign there. Get well soon Tebow Jesus!!! Or else we won't have anything else to talk about!!

My favorite part about this happened during the Notre Dame-Purdue game. They go to the SportsCenter Ingame update right after Iowa blocked the punt against Penn St. and returned it for a TD. Before they could talk about that, they had to update you on what happened to Tebow. :D

Wow, Rodriguez's response on the question about that INT is a presidential-debate-level non-answer.

When will Florida fans find the Bag O' Tebow Puke? Once found will they use it to perform holy communion? Will they save it so in years to come they can drink in remembrance of Timothy Richard Tebow?

No, they'll sell it on EBay for tickets to next year's Daytona 500.

It was Big East refs in West Lafayette... the only away game where Integer refs are inflicted on ND is Michigan.

Also, I tend to think that the timeout by Purdue was a smart call for them. 30 seconds was more than enough time for ND to line up and run a pass play, and still have time for a 4th down. By calling timeout, Purdue gave themselves enough time to have a slight chance of getting into field goal position when they got the ball back.

One thing that continues to irritate me is the ND players lack of awareness regarding situational decisions. Last year Floyd runs out the clock against UNC, this year Tate runs out the clock agains UM and last night Williams calls the 2nd timeout on a play where even his teammates were asking him what he was thinking then Hughes wastes time struggling for a yard where a fumble loses the game and then lays in the pile while the clock is running down. I didn't like the run call anyway, save for one drive earlier they hadn't demonstrated the ability to run off tackle.

Sure that was a surprise play since PU was looking for the pass but again Charlie gets too cute and **** near loses a game. The third down play, how is there only 1 receiver anywhere near Clausen? Where were the guys reacting to the scramble and coming across the endzone, a la Dwight Clark? Instead we get an ill-advised heave that was nowhere near the receiver.

Sure they were missing Clausen for most of the game and Floyd/Allen for all of it but they have to play better on D primarily

I realize Tebow took a real good shot from the front and from a knee on the way down, but please stop embellishing the hit to suggest his head crashed against the turf, which it didn't at all, just to hype his superman status even further.

You doubt that a mortal man not imbued with the power of Christ would have had his neck snapped instantly? Surely you jest.

It all points to the body double scenario...he flies in on a separate plane, gets hurt on a play on which the real Tebow would have shrugged off the hit or at the very least his head would have snapped the lineman's leg in two and then leaves with his head in a bag. No doubt the real Tebow was back at UF with 10 coeds playing the spread offense.

I really expected Tebow to be in the hospital over the weekend before his nurse, Mary, found his bed empty when she came into work on Monday. Kind of surprising.
