3 losses(Kaintuck, Iowa, Colo St)yesterday but none were bracket busters. Had K losing in the Sweet 16 and the other 2 losing in the next round.

And Kansas got pushed back to almost 10:40 thanks to OT in the first game.

I’ve got UK out of the Final Four, UConn and Iowa in the Sweet 16. I think my other losses were all contained to the first weekend.

By 10:40 I was in the arms of Morpheus. 2:40 start tomorrow for Creighton/Kansas. I watched the Creighton/Providence game last Friday night that was over by halftime so I'm thinking it should be a pretty good test for the 'Hawks.

Richmond/PC is a great matchup for anyone who likes terrifying mascots. (I like Friar Dom and I find the Richmond spider to be winsome but I'm Jon)

Creighton's got 6 healthy scholarship players. They lost their starting point guard and Big East Freshman of the Year in mid-February (and somehow still have a winning record since then). And they just lost their 7'1" center and Big East Defensive Player of the Year to a non-contact knee injury in OT yesterday (and somehow came back to win after that). While I'd love to see them give Kansas a go, and I think they could've with a healthy Kalkbrenner, I don't see it happening with just 6 able bodies.

Oof.
Learned a lesson looong ago 'there ain't no gimme's in sports'...well there is in golf. In the back of my mind I can see myself at 5 o'clock tomorrow afternoon wondering what in the name of James Naismith just happened.
