There have been a few whacked out posts by you and swansong, or rather, responding to what were clearly lunatic posts.
 
Last Week Tonight did a bit on water access (specifically in the western U.S.) a few weeks back and yeah good luck.
 
All good propaganda is mostly true, so this is no different. Cherry pick a few facts and use them to tell a story designed to get the "totally reasonable, I'm just asking question" people off the actual trail.

Did you read anything about Weatherbell? The other "Chief Forecaster" - Joe D'Aleo - is another skeptic... I mean rockhead denier. This is a weak, weak appeal to authority. I learned this with a 2 minute googling. What's your excuse?



Focusing on "global warming" is a mistake, and one that actual climate science has mostly moved off from, as global climate is far more complicated than that. Yes, the earth is unmistakably warming in the aggregate, but not every region is. Pointing to places that aren't warming isn't really poking holes in anything.

Objective data is data, regardless of the messenger. The other stuff is noise. Sort/filter through it. Personally I like knowing the biases as it makes sort/filter easier.

I know I'm arguing with a brick wall here, but you can't be this dense can you? I guess I answered that question for myself.

Cherrypicked data is bad data and should be ignored. And that's what these assholes do. It's propaganda. A truth, a truth, a truth, and a lie.



edit: also, I'll add that when the right wing says "I think I know how to parse out partisan nonsense, so it's ok to read [exclusively] partisan 'news'"... they're completely full of shit.
