Campaign 2016 - People lie the most after a hunt, during a war or before an election

Re: Campaign 2016 - People lie the most after a hunt, during a war or before an elect

Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait... R.T. Rybak holds a position of power in the DNC? I'm... shocked.

Vice chairs* have no power. It's a way to pad a resume for back-benchers who haven't accomplished anything yet.

On committees, chairs and ranking members have all the power, and there are no ranking members when the committee is drawn from only one conference.

* there are a few exceptions in the Senate (which obviously do not apply to a party committee): Approps, Ethics, and Intel all refer to the ranking minority member as the vice chair. Near as I can tell, this is only done to be confusing.

I was going to type "Scooby, has Rover hacked your account?" but it is Rover. :D

So, IA and NH polls didn't matter last week but now they do? M'okay.

More like when one poll out of 100 shows Sanders with a 1 point lead in Iowa he's the unquestioned frontrunner, but when the same thing happens in NH with Hillary we pooh pooh it.

More likely the explanation is that more voters are engaging in the process, and those voters aren't as far left as the ones in previous polls.

Remember, lift with your legs not your back. Water is heavy.

Why would her campaign be mortally wounded? E-mail thing is shaping up to be a sham. Regardless of what one feels about her, do you really think she did anything incriminating after 25 years of being under intense scrutiny? I'm guessing probably not. If there was anything to be found, we would have heard about it already.

Besides killing Vince you mean?!?

Jason Lewis? I once called into his show and handed his *** to him so he hung up on me.

Awww Handy, are you still upset after you stated the media wasn't covering Bernie rallies, and then a quick google search showed NYT, Time, CBS, etc with recent article about him. :D A little fact checking never hurts you know! Sorry if High Times hasn't gotten around to it yet, but they usually take a little longer to get things done. ;)

I expect her to get asked about that at the hearings this week!

We take a small break today to monitor today's national election in Canada. It appears the Liberal party will gain a majority.
