...Do you really want your 10 yr old daughter to have a role model in a president with this type of behavior?
You excused Slick and he actually put tab A into slots B and C. Reprehensible behavior was not a barrier for continuence in office.
Ahh that desperate false equivalency...
Consensual sex =/= sexual assault
Infidelity =/= sexual assault
A wife is not responsible for the actions of her husband.
Would you like to continue?
*facepalm*Was it consensual? Or was it the strong preying on the weak?
You was plural. But if what Bill did was so bad, why is he still revered after treating women as sex object? Women still swoon over Bill. The party that caters to women has this guy out on the campaign trail??
I don't think anybody is praising or excusing Bill's behavior. And I think the outrage is definitely more focused on the sexual assault side of the allegations for Trump. If it was just infidelity I don't think we'd be hearing this.I think what some people are getting at:
Trump: evil man! Objectifying women! Talking about behaviors that are sexual assault [my note: although who knows if he actually physically touched anyone] and hitting on married women! DISGUSTING!
Bill: oh, he's awesome, even though he cheated on his wife and stuck cigars in certain places. That's fine and dandy.
One is trying to be president. One WAS the president. Drop the "holier than thou" attitude, in other words. Both men are terrible, IMO. And I also agree that Bill has nothing to do with Trump vs H Clinton. That's a completely separate issue.
Anyone who can spend one instant of their life defending Donald Trump in any fashion anymore is not fit to as an American. Oh sure, it won't be taken away from you because this is, after all, America. But you're not worthy. As far as I'm concerned, condemning him but still voting for him is defending him. Using any of the false equivalencies to say Clinton is bad too is defending him. Anything short of saying he is unfit to hold any public office or serve in any public capacity and vowing to not vote for him and to encourage others to not vote for him is defending him. If that's you, take a good look in the mirror. The person staring back is unfit to call him or herself an American. I don't want to hear anything about how some people are naive through little or no fault of their own. If you have heard enough about Trump to know he's running for what should be the most sacred elected office in the world, you should know enough to condemn him and refuse to vote for him.
Ahh that desperate false equivalency...
More false equivalencies because that's all you have in defending Trump. Give it up.
Not sure if trolling...Good practice by the chorale today. See you ladies again next week.![]()
Not sure if trolling...
Ahh. Nice.Referencing an Old Pio bit. He used to refer to liberals on this board as the "Libtard Ladies Chorale". And since you both echoed my sentiments...

I'm thinking for Halloween we should give out candies that have had to renounce something the Trump campaign said. So far we have Skittles and Tic Tacs. If some sort of candy bar could join the mix, that would be great.

Nowadays, Bill Clinton would probably struggle to get elected with his past scandals. Proof of this is probably rooted in John Edwards' storied political career since 2004.
None of this matters since neither is running for President in 2016. Donald Trump is.
