Saying there is no place in the governmental power structure for white supremacists and Holocaust deniers is pretty much the definition of governing for everyone.

Meanwhile, Trump spent today claiming he helped clear rubble to search for survivors during 9/11. No footage of that found. Only footage found was him bragging on 9/11 that he now owned the largest building in Manhattan. Oh, and when questioned how Trump's steal the oil plan would work, given that it is clearly outlawed by international law, Rudy Guiliani said, "Nothing is illegal during a war" Hillary was too kind. Anyone supporting that at this point is pretty deplorable.

It's the irredeemable comment that sticks though. What's the point of a corrections and therapy process if people are who they are and can't become positive members of society? What does it say that she's unwilling to try reaching out to people and making a difference in everyone's lives rather than those with whom she agrees?

I'm no fan of supremacists or deniers of any ilk, but they too, like it or not, are a part of "everyone". I'd like to see them included in the process so they can be defeated openly in the public forum.

I understand the break in Secret Service protocol (because they were surprised and rushed by the early exit), but Mrs. Clinton's different handling of the press pool is, well, different. A suspicious person might wonder if she's intentionally staying away from the press so they can't monitor her (behaviors, health) more closely.

Good lord you can't be serious. Whether or not it was a smart thing to say by a candidate for president is one thing, but anyone that honestly believes the election of ANYONE for president is going to change the minds of the most extreme members of our society in 2016 is living in a fantasy world. By the time you've crossed over into the world of the white supremacists you may as well be considered a lost cause. Or at least enough so that it's a waste of time for the president to be expected to help these people see a better path. It isn't like you are trying to sell a value added tax as a replacement for a progressive income tax system to me. No amount of "reaching out" is going to make the duck dynasty beard wearing, rebel flag taped to the back window of the pick-up truck driving, 88 tats all over the hands and arms sporting mouth breathing supporter of Donald Trump see the errors of his racism.

From the video (mirrored or not), why is Mrs. Clinton using a van and not a standard limousine or SUV?

Vans are, by their very nature, more difficult to harden than limos or SUVs.

Does she have trouble getting into limosines or the standard issue black GMC SUV favored by government? If so, why?

The right is going to have to decide whether she's decrepit or a monster. Pushing both scare stories undercuts each.

Could account for the coughing fits. Pneumonia can take time to clear up, can be contracted more than once over a period of weeks and months and sometimes is accompanied by pretty violent coughing. Post-tussive syncope -- otherwise known as fainting caused by violent coughing might be explained by pneumonia.

MNS (poster here) fainted due to coughing on a road trip. It is more common than thought (he wasn't sick, nor was he drunk). It was scary to see. He stood up while coughing, then his head hit the corner of a table as he was fainting, breaking his nose.

And yes, pneumonia does linger (also bronchitis). It's a beech to get rid of (have had both in my lifetime).
