But didn't Guam vote already as it's on the other side of the date line?

Hours are 7am - 8 pm ChST, which turns out to be Chamorro Standard Time, UTC +10.

I always thought "Chamorro" was a word they were allowed to us but not us.

NH Shaheen up by 1,900 votes with 73% in (per Boston Globe/AP). Now too close to call.

This just in: Democrats think the filibuster is a good idea.

Re: Campaign 2014: The Epic Struggle To Win The Senate And Change Nothing

Pretty much a Republican Wave. They're sweeping everything up.

Ugggg. Looks like Maine may elect a slimeball of a GOP candidate in the second district. This guy is a creep. This has been a Democratic seat for 20 years or so (last republican to hold the seat was Olympia Snowe before she vacated the seat to run for Senate). The guy doesn't even live in the district, but he promised to purchase a house in it.

It also looks like our teabagger governor will be reelected. What is wrong with people??? The guy is an embarrassment, and despite being a "business man", the business climate is horrible in the state.

Marijuana legalization looking pretty safe in Oregon.

Re: Campaign 2014: The Epic Struggle To Win The Senate And Change Nothing

So people are mostly pro-pot, pro-minimum wage increase, anti-personhood...and they're voting GOP. I don't know what to make of that.

Screwy

Maryland 8th - a supposed safe seat for Chris Van Hollen has him by up only 1,400 votes with 54% in.

Montgomery County - the smartest county in the state, the best schools, and all the other stuff they like to tell you they're better at then the rest of the state, only has 36% of their votes counted. Most of the other counties are 100% with the more populous in the high 80's. What the heck gives?

Here's a fun one. Iowa will elect a GOP governor, a GOP senator, and 3/4ths GOP congressmen, but the Dems look to actually be gaining ground at the state house level and winning most of the statewide undercard outside of the ag secretary (at least as of right now). Try explaining that one.

Fark no. Let the GOP pass everything they want and let Obama veto it. Get the GOP on record voting for their crazy shiat, and if there's fallout for it not passing, let it fall on Obama who won't be running again.

In Alaska, the Democratic candidate for governor dropped out and is now the Independent's running mate. Said Independent also received the endorsement of one Sarah Palin. Reconcile THAT.

Negative cheering? If Sarah endorsed him, he has to be a schmuck.

Thought: When the President put his policies on the ballot, that was the turning point.

Brownback won after destroying his state's economy. Hillary has no shot in. '16. Just announced.

Brownback won?

WaPo says Hogan (R) wins Maryland governor's race. MD 6th (Kepler) and 8th (me) too close to call.
