Yeah, I don't think 2016 is gonna be a slam dunk for the Dems like some people think...

Hey, Wisconsin, ***? #dolts

Presidential years are a different electorate. For all the talk of the Dems ground game, the turnout played out like your standard midterm. Presidential years always see a higher turnout, which favors the Dems.

Plus 2016 will have lots of GOP seats up in blue states, since they're coming off the 2010 tea party wave.

Re: Campaign 2014: The Epic Struggle To Win The Senate And Change Nothing

better yet, simply "pass a law" making it illegal to shoot people. Problem solved.
wait...

Take guns out of people's hands and it is technically impossible to shoot people. Good luck with that.

Bull. After what Brownback did and what Mitch and Boner did and this is the result?

Republicans have leeway unheard of anywhere.

Bull. This was a referendum on the President's performance. In two years if the GOP practices chief run amok, they'll lose because they failed to govern.

Both sides have the same goal - win 2016. If Obama and the Congress act as spoiled children in the next two years, a highway commissioner could become President because the electorate will be so ticked off.

If they act as nature adults (I know - it's hard! ), then it becomes interesting with the GOP hokding a slight advantage. On the other hand, maybe the public likes divided government?

Brownback, LePaige, Walker, Scott, and Kisinich were referendums on the President's performance? Bull.

Scott was up against a sleezeball, and Kisinich appeared to have backtracked early enough in his term to have gotten favor with the voters after they rejected his anti-union bill in Ohio. How the fark Brownback, Walker, and LaPaige got re-elected, though, is mind blowing.

It's rare that I have anything good to say about New Hampshire, but good for you for rejecting that carpetbagging idiot. Looking at one of the worst politicians to ever come out of Massachusetts, all I can think of is that he looks like he needs to be punched.

Don't know who's thinking its going to be a slam dunk. It never is prior to the candidate debates...and even then.

Take any hellfire on your morning commute lately?

Congrats, I see my posting is still giving you a reason to live.

I've got plenty to keep me busy these days, but dropping by every few months to remind you that you're a disingenuous fraud is easily manageable.

But while I'm here, you still haven't answered the question: has the Audi been riddled with a hail of bullets on the 394 commute any time recently?

I need to know. Without an answer I'm not sure I'll be able to make it to tomorrow.

Tidal wave. Martha and Wendy take it in the heinie. Sweet. Walker survives everything but an assassination attempt and wins. And the President's "coat tails" turned out to be more like anchor chains, even in Illinois.

AK starting to come in. About 23% in.

Sullivan with a 5% lead over Begich for Senate.

Young leading easily for House.

Independent Walker leading Parnell by 3% for governor.

Marijuana legalization leading 54-46.

Minimum wage increase to $9.75 winning big.

Didn't expect that margin on marijuana.
