Business, Economics, and Taxes: Eat Cereal for Dinner

CNBC was discussing this as well, but the point they kept hammering home was this number might not include the DOGE cuts yet. They also were surprised that things still "appear" to be as normal as the previous few months were.

This is the new bs they are spewing...things were bad and now they are worse because we need to purge Bidenomics to get better.

Growth is toxic now.

Trump is considering threatening a 250% tax on dairy for Canada...gee I wonder if people will short the market that day!?

Meanwhile people near the Canadian border are buying eggs in Canada to save money...

I think DOGE will show up more in April's numbers.
Completely agree. The cutoff for the survey was mid month and I don't think a) The big cuts had started and b) there was any finality to the people who were cut and whether they would be rehired (i'm still not sure if there is...)

LOL. "Sold" the cars on paper to a holding firm so they could pocket the rebate, then turned around and sold the physical vehicle to consumers. Or they're still sitting on the lot as "new."

Is Jerry Lundegaard the manager? Will they throw in the TruCoat for free?

I thought the EV rebates were something that was on the DOGE chopping block?

So they moved them all now before that goes bye-bye?

This took place in Canada, outside (currently) of DOGE's reign of terror. They had a similar EV credit that ended nation wide in January.

While what we are talking about is in Canada Tesla was supposed to be still covered by the rebate originally.
