Same. The only devs onshore tend to be the devs that work as the team lead where all the devs reporting to them are all in India. That holds for all but one team, where there are three devs in the US.

We have a tech support team, not a dev team, that does run an overnight/weekends team in India. For that team, the Indians are not as good as the local people.
 
India still the standard, but South America/latin America gaining. I helped set up office in a South American nation at my last job.

pretty soon no one will be employed!
