I'm sure richest 10k US families owe trillions. We should go all the way back to 1980. And then take it all, plus penalties.

I saw an estimate during the Great Recession that the global public debt was 93 trillion dollars and the global rich had evaded taxes since 1980 by 97 trillion dollars. It was an almost dollar-for-dollar match.

We haven't got the money yet. That amount means it is cost effective for Microsoft to bribe every Member $10M to vote to disembowel the IRS. That is what corporations and billionaires have done for the last 40 years.
