I’ve been a critic of Kaplan for the last 2 years but that looked a lot worse in real time than it actually was. It was a penalty but it wasn’t of Kaplans creation. The player turned into him and the big guy knocked down the little guy and they banged knees. Then he did the mortally injured act.
