Then you saw how the officiating heavily favored Sparty, they weren't going to let this seasons #1 golden child risk losing a #1 seed and diminish the Big Tens chances. I hope when we play BU the calls are fair. Loding is easier to stomach when a game isn't influenced by bad call or non calls

MSU had the 1 seed (#2 overall) locked up for a few weeks. What in the world are you talking about?

You are correct about the seeding, I get a bit foggy at times from covid ravaging me several years ago but I assure you I'm clear on the lack of calls. Regardless, I'll be at Toledo hoping it will be a great game no matter which way it goes. I'd personally like a rematch with Spart and end their season of course! 😉
 
Not that I think BU will be playing on Saturday (they could!! but they also could not!) I saw this about Saturday's game:
  • Puck drop on Saturday will be at either 4 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. ET.
How do they not know yet what time Saturday's game will be?? Aren't the game times set?

Waiting to see what teams win Thursday then ESPN will determine start times of the 2 games
 
I think we need Cole Hutson to have a dominant performance and absolutely need shutdown team defense. Here we go!
 
To be honest, it is good for BU they are only down by 1. That save by McCarthy where he swept that trickler off the goal line might be huge.

BU going to the power play when they come back out.
 
But is there time to perform a heart transplant during the period break? 'cause they need one.
 
I hate starting a power play to start a period because the face off is at center ice and since they don't ever win faceoffs to start a penalty I don't see them having any kind of decent power play.
 
The bad thing is Ohio State doesn’t even look that good or special. That’s how badly this team played.
