BU Hockey '24-'25: Reloaded for another Frozen Four run

Odds on us making the tournament at this point?
Well, I’ve started thinking about what I’m going to buy with the money I’m going to save by not having to buy tickets to the Garden….wait, did you mean the Hockey East Tournament or the NCAA tournament? Cuz I’m fast approaching thinking they will not be at the Garden.

Quick hockey thoughts.

- The book on Mike is to shoot high. He’s deadly down low. Not so much up top.
- I’m very surprised Chewy didn’t play the third
- Time to put the lines in a blender
- If you find #34, please send him to Huntington Ave tonight

If we make it to the garden my opinion on our prospects for making noise in the NCAAs would change since it means they can get up for playoff hockey.

Hey, there's a game tonight. At UConn, who is right in front of BU in the polls and the PWR. And then no games this weekend. Who put this schedule together? Not sure what to expect but I think they really need a win tonight. No pressure, though.

The Beanpot always screws with the February scheduling it seems.

And we'll either play well for at least two periods and have a solid but not overwhelming win or.....get blown off the ice. This season is like "When BU takes the ice, the gods flip a coin."

Hence why the aforementioned talk about the Garden feels real, they'd have to string more than one game out of two playing to their potential to have any chance of really doing much in tournament hockey and...that's yet to be seen much this season against any level of opponent.

I liked Tristen's quote after Saturday's game. "We need to convince ourselves we lost on Monday."

BU Hockey: Who the Eff Knows

i dont think there was a single whistle after the BU goal. that was so much fun. i love hockey games like this, hope the rest of the game lives up to it

Milk carton drags down the ice and thinks🤔
Do I cover the open guy? Or skate over toward the circle and double the farthest UConn dude….
1-2
