BU 2021-22: Albie's Great Adventure

They didn't have any trouble scoring when they won 11 of 12. As I see it, the only "issue" is behind the bench. They have been flat for three games in a row.

Unfortunately this needed to end this way to get rid of Albie so we take our medicine for the future success of the program. They probably lose Commesso, Vlasic, Cockerill, Brown, OBrien, Tuch for starters so it will be a work in progress for a couple of years but let’s get a coach in here with a heartbeat.

I just meant in terms of coming up short at the end of the year. My money would have been on lack of scoring. Solid lineup but no real game breakers or go to guy that I see. I thought BU would win this game though as UConn has sputtered down the stretch.

I understand...but you can't even have a chance to have a "go to" guy when you get down and out early. It disrupts the entire flow to play catch up all night. They start trying to do everything themselves and the cohesiveness evaporates. I don't know how much you've watched, because the other game is on NESN, but it just seems as though they have been running around like chickens with their heads cut off all night.
 
So they sleepwalk through 55 minutes and THEN start to play with some energy and a sense of urgency. It's just inexplicable.

Where do you get your information from …. That is completely inaccurate…
 
Continue to be surprised by BU's lack of success with the talent they have. It is not just this year but other years as well. These kids have elite talent when compared to many other HE teams, like Uconn.

Albie may be a very nice guy but he is not a good coach! AD needs to put his big boy pants on and do a much better job than he did four years ago!
 
Albie thanks for your service. Collect two weeks pay on your way out the door and leave a forwarding address so we can clear out your office and mail you your stuff.

Yep we will see I don’t believe commeso brown or obrien are going anywhere we will see .. don’t think tuch is either

like most … this team won in spite of the poor leadership … but had a couple of stinkers when it counted …. Can they reverse roles albie is a good recruiter :) made to be a good asst
