Re: Bring Out Your Dead (Part Whatever v2.0)

{insert obligatory "Rehab" joke here}

Wikipedia's page for The 27 Club briefly had her listed with Hendrix/Joplin/etc, and cause of death was "Didn't go to rehab." :D

It's been changed now to "unknown" and she is now grouped with the bulk of the group, rather than the top artists.

Olympic freestyle skier Jeret "Speedy" Peterson of an apparent suicide.

Speedy was always a guy that I enjoyed watching... He had a "Go Big or Go Home" mentality that I loved to watch... That method of competition will be greatly missed...

As is always the case with something like this, I can't help but wonder what was going on behind the scenes however :(

RIP Speedy

Former NFL lineman and current Winnipeg Blue Bombers defensive line and assistant head coach Richard Harris.

The 63-year-old had a suspected heart attack in his Canad Inns Stadium office at approximately 2:30 p.m. and was rushed to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

“This has struck our entire organization from the top down,” Bombers president Jim Bell said in a statement. “We are all in a state of shock, and first and foremost would like to express our deepest sympathies to his family.

“The Winnipeg Football Club has lost not only a great coach, but an even better man.”
