Sometimes I'm so amazed at what players can get...that seems like a lot for a fast guy that only batted .260.

Rotation is set for the beginning of the season: Yovani Gallardo, Marco Estrada, Wily Peralta, Chris Narveson and Mike Fiers.

Rogers is throwing bullpen sessions in hopes of working out of his suckiness.

Taylor Green has a "tweaked hip", whatever that means, and will miss a few days - maybe more.

Kyle Lohse is still on the market. I still don't want to sign him.

Although reading <a href="http://www.jsonline.com/sports/brewers/brewers-fiers-struggles-in-three-innings-9598l8s-199467001.html">today's article about how nobody is having a good camp</a> worries me a little.

10 days til Opening Day.

3 yrs @ 11 mil per. I guess I'm in favor of this. I've never been confident in how our rotation was setting up for this year. Expecting all those young guys to pitch well for full seasons is asking a bit much. 11 mil seems like a bit much, but heck, we're giving Gomez 8mil per.

I feel slightly better after reading it (especially as a safeguard should something happen to Yo), but am still skeptical. Why did he have a career year last year? Why did he used to suck? What changed? Will it happen again?

Gallardo has control issues but seems like that happens to him on opening day?

Bullpen looks great other than Ax - I'm concerned about him.

I am pleasantly surprised at the middle relief corps so far, even though one game is obviously not a big sample size.

I thought Gonzalez did a pretty good job at first.

John Axford blew a save on Opening Day (and lost) in 2011, then didn't blow another one all season. Not worried about him yet. If he hadn't rebounded in the second half last year, I might be more worried.

I only caught 1 inning of the Rockies/Brewers game between watching Mia/Was and Min/Det. But it was nice to see that Gonzalez and Tulo are on track early for the Rocks. Disappointing that Cuddy went 0-5.

What was the over/under on Aoki hitting the first Brewer HR of the year?

What was the O/U for Ax blowing the opening day save again? Yikes. The rest of our revamped 'pen did the job yesterday. Henderson better get ready for more save opportunities this year.
