Hopping into the Wayback Machine, here are a few brutal losses, in no particular sequence.
2. March 1978 - ECAC Semifinals - Having lost once all season, BU is thumped by PC. Again, BU's season is saved by a win in conso, which setup a playin game to NCAAs vs PC in Providence.
According to what I have read Coach Parker was behind the bench for the semifinal loss on Friday night. His wife passed away on Saturday and he wasn't behind the bench for the consolation game.BU had other things on their mind that night. Parker wasn't on the bench. He was with his first wife, who passed away at a very young age of illness in the hospital.
ok then.
