Boston University @ North Dakota - November 2nd/3rd

Re: Boston University @ North Dakota - November 2nd/3rd

Are they flying into the 19th century? Also, Rosen does know that North Dakota isn't in Hockey East and that we won't actually get 4 points for the wins right? Maybe he's predicting a four point weekend for himself. Hat-trick Rosen (with an assist)!
Apparently, he's not sure how the whole points system works in hockey.

Maybe BC is onto something with the whole "safety school" thing...

Re: Boston University @ North Dakota - November 2nd/3rd

I had a thought. What kind of shenanigans would be created if a UND player transferred to BU, or vice-versa?

Re: Boston University @ North Dakota - November 2nd/3rd

A drunk player would've raped Hurricane Sandy.

Re: Boston University @ North Dakota - November 2nd/3rd

To you BU folks who made the trip: If you find yourself bored in Grand Forks (big "if", I know!) it's a short 160-mile drive to Jamestown, ND. There's a beautiful Basilica (yes, the pope was there!), decent burgers and shakes at the old-timey Polar King, really excellent Chinese food at China Garden, and most importantly

The World's Largest Buffalo.

And if you do make it here(I live in Jamestown) visit the Frontier Fort by the big buffalo. Great food at a cheap price.

There is no way those East coast pansies will drive to 160 miles. Anything over a 10 mile drive is an overnight trip for them.

Yeah a dude with 4 career goals with one of them being an empty netter is going to get a hatty. He just best keep his head on a swivel.

Is that where you can get the stagecoach ride? We did that, too. Pretty cool. Nice town!

Yeah, their perspective is all messed up. If you drove 160 miles out East, you'd go through four states. :p

And to the person who repped me about the buffalo photo:
Now that you mention it I can see how it looks a little Photoshopped! But yes, it's a real photo; the statue really is that big. Also my daughter was only 5 1/2 in that photo. Helps with the dramatic effect!

Are you sure that's not an ND coed?
